Today is the day you would have been eight,
We had a different reason to celebrate.
No smiles on your face or laughter today,
You are not here for us to love and care.
down from Heaven upon us,
Now you have the advantage of that special touch.
You gave to us for a few short years,
A lot of reasons to rejoice and oh yes, tears.
i love you and want you to know you are missed,
