Bill Dubovsky Memorial
FASD Lending Library

A resource for parents, teachers and professionals

The FASD Lending Library has been relocated to Culver City, California and is once again open for Business!

Note: Bill Dubovsky, like Adam Dorris, was a young man with FASD who was killed in a vehicle/pedestrian accident. Both young men were raised by caring parents and died tragic deaths as a direct result of their disabilities.

Bill Dubovsky was a speaker on FASD and traveled with his father in an effort to educate, prevent and better treat people with FASD. His loss is a tremendous loss to the world community of people with FASD and those who love them. He is and will be greatly missed.
